MBA in Russian
The MBA program is aimed at company executives, senior managers, entrepreneurs and business owners who want to get the most out of international business education, while studying in their native language.
The MBA PROGRAM is based on the best international and Russian business education practices, including 25 years of cooperation experience with Kingston University, as well as many years of experience in implementing open and corporate programs.
The MBA program has a valid AMBA accreditation (International MBA Association, UK), the accreditation was successfully confirmed in July 2021 for a period of 5 years.

The cost of the program for 2022-2024 is 1.190.000 rubles, payment by semesters. There is a system of discounts. Special conditions for the winners and finalists of the Leaders of Russia contest — 1,000,000 rubles.
Convenient training schedule: 1 module every 2 months, the duration of the module is 5 days

The program is implemented in Russian. With the participation of foreign speakers, translation into Russian is provided.

Exit module
The field module (traineeship) takes place, as a rule, at the end of June and is a transition from the first year of study to the second. The field module is not a mandatory element of the program, participation in the module is optional. Flights and accommodation are paid separately.
Traineeship
The visiting module on the MBA program is an internal Russian internship, the program of which is built around a specific topic, issues ("Innovation", "Digital solutions", "Branding of the region", "Import Substitution", etc.), at the same time, when determining the topic of the visiting module, the wishes of the group members are taken into account. The duration of the visiting module program is 4-5 days.

I graduated from the program in 2003, but even now very often I not only remember the years of study with pleasure, but also periodically look into my notes in order to refresh a particular concept.
I am engaged in highway-ring motorcycle racing, and one of the basic rules of cornering is as follows: even before entering a turn, you need to direct your gaze in the direction of exiting it. But at the same time, with peripheral vision to see everything that is happening around. It seems to me that this rule is very important in relation to business, and this is what we were taught in the program – strategic vision, leadership qualities, focus on success, while giving knowledge in all areas of business.
I am very grateful to the entire team of the program, and I envy a little those who still have to go through this difficult path – the path of the MBA.

Studying under the Kingston MBA program can be compared to traveling to an exotic country where you are constantly faced with unforeseen circumstances. Impeccable guides – Kingston University teachers are always ready to help, and the inexhaustible support of classmates and the curiosity of the discoverer give strength to pass this test to the end. After two years, each of us has changed dramatically. And the main acquisition is the knowledge of oneself, one's goals and the development of tools that help to implement any tasks set. In 2018, Kingston University (London) and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration opened enrollment for a special MBA program, where the first finalists and winners of the Leaders of Russia competition were invited. Of course, outstanding success was expected from this graduation, but even the wildest expectations faded before the result – 27 group members (75%) graduated from the program with the highest academic result of Distinction, setting an absolute record of academic performance for all the years of the program's existence!
It's not surprising, you say, since the group is entirely made up of Russian Leaders who, even during the competition, many times proved a high level of erudition, excellent memory, the ability to learn and produce maximum results, individually or in a group. You are only partly right, because there were only 10 finalists and winners of the LR in the final composition of the group. And it was still a group of real leaders. Leaders are not only those who successfully took part in the competition on time. These are, first of all, people whose work creates the necessary changes in our country, whose example inspires others.
Our group was a reflection of all the best that exists in Russia: geography from St. Petersburg to Sakhalin, industry affiliation from IT to the oil industry, experience from managing the richest regions to launching their own startups and small businesses. And at the same time – surprisingly no show-offs, openness, sociability, constant willingness to joke, try new things, change and help others change. Ministers, managers of state monopolies, entrepreneurs, doctors and scientists – yes, we studied well, but it is much more important that we were great friends – and I am sure that we will continue to be friends. Red diplomas are familiar to us, but smart and creative friends are always a rarity.
Thank you, Kingston and RANEPA, Margarita and Mitali, our teachers and guests – it's been a wonderful two years. They didn't just improve us – they changed us, opened up new levels and paths in life. And now, having changed positions, industries and cities, we look at each other again and understand how much important and wonderful has happened during this time. And we ourselves, together with the universities, were the creators of these miracles. After all, we are leaders, with or without a diploma of the competition – leaders not by certificate, but by life.
