The closed page of the Kingston/RANEPA Alumni Association on Facebook makes it possible to place job advertisements in the company or job search among the community of graduates of various Kingston/RANEPA programs.
Graduates of the programs actively participate in the life of the Business School: they conduct master classes, help organize visits to companies, present cases of their companies for discussion, act as mentors and managers of graduate projects of today's students. The business school actively engages graduates in the educational process using peer-to-peer learning technology, which makes the educational process more relevant and practice-oriented, on the one hand, and, on the other, serves as a motivator for the continuous development and improvement of graduates.
Among the projects of the Alumni Association are Thematic Chapters, thematic meetings for professional discussion of various functional or industry business areas: marketing, HR, strategy, energy or banking sector. Among the latest initiatives, a thematic meeting on Blockchain.
Graduates of Kingston/RANEPA programs often organize joint business: production, cafe, online project. In addition, graduates support non-profit initiatives and participate in charity. For example, it has become a good tradition to give gifts from the Alumni Association to the children of an orphanage in the Yaroslavl region (the initiative of Elena Smirnova, a graduate of the Kingston MBA program for entrepreneurs).
Graduates of Kingston/RANEPA programs are provided with special conditions for admission to other programs of the Faculty of International Programs, including the Executive Education (post MBA) — Advanced Management level program. Even after the end of the program, graduates receive invitations and can, if desired, join the general events of the Business School, including meetings with interesting people, master classes, conferences, etc. Recent events: meeting with Evgeny Shchepin (Vkusville), Sergey Shcherbakov (Vice President of Dell EMC), Vladimir Pirozhkov (entrepreneur, industrial designer), Iris Dzeba (IBM General Manager for Russia and CIS).
The Alumni Association initiates and implements joint celebrations for graduates of the Kingston/RANEPA programs: New Year's parties, summer open air, large-scale anniversary celebrations, for example, the 10th, 15th or 20th anniversary of cooperation between Kingston University London and RANEPA. The celebration of the 20th anniversary of cooperation was celebrated on October 6, 2018 at the Grand Marriott Hotel.
