Kingston/RANEPA Brand: Reboot and New Horizons!
Open Day of the Center for International Programs of the FSN RANEPA (Kingston RANEPA brand)
The MBA&EMBA programs of the Kingston/RANEPA brand have been the leaders of the National Rating for many years, and the status of universal recognition determines our adherence to the most advanced trends, the best standards of business education and, most importantly, the current interests of our graduates and future students of the programs – leading managers from priority sectors of the Russian economy. Together we have survived both the pandemic and the transformation of global economic relations together with unprecedented sanctions pressure, and today we are ready to respond to the challenges of the new time by offering a whole range of new programs for different target audiences.
For the first time in Russia, we are launching a Pan-Asian MBA program, which, on the one hand, is based on the experience and teaching staff of English–language programs of the Kingston/ RANEPA brand, on the other hand, allows you to get integrated value: in a global and local context. The module schedule includes both traditional MBA blocks and end-to-end master classes on leadership development and soft skills, especially important for working in a multicultural environment. The bonuses of the program will be two foreign internships in countries such as China, India, Malaysia, Iran with the determination of the personal professional trajectory of students, the opportunity to receive certificates from foreign Asian universities and, of course, full immersion in the specifics of doing business in the Pan-Asian region.
We hope that our program will become the first "swallow" on the way to new business contacts for those top managers and managers who look with confidence "to the east" and see prospects for the growth of their own business outside the country borders. The premiere among the Russian-language programs of the Center will be the MBA "Transformation" for managers and function managers who are ready to change the rules of the game and business strategy through both a deep understanding of consumers and the value created for them, and through personal transformation. We expect that the program will become a social space and a creative environment in which everyone will receive a strategic vision and useful insights about the drivers of change both externally and internally – at the level of personal growth. The director of the MBA "Transformation" will be Andrey Purtov, who has significant experience in strategy, marketing, business education and consulting.
And, of course, in the 2023-2024 season, we are again announcing the recruitment of students for the flagship program of the Center – EMBA "Strategic Management". Every year EMBA becomes No. 1 in terms of the number of graduates from among the winners and finalists of the Leaders of Russia competition. We are proud that within the framework of this program we have transferred the most valuable experience and knowledge to more than 200 representatives of corporate business and entrepreneurs from such industries as energy, IT, transport, medicine, logistics, etc. The first year of study provides a systematic view of business, the second year provides an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained in practice, get valuable feedback from industry leaders. Throughout the entire period of training, the listener strengthens competencies simultaneously in the projections "I am a leader" and "I am a person". I will only add that EMBA "Strategic Management" confidently leads in the rating of satisfaction with the chosen Program according to the surveys of the club "Elbrus".
Realizing the growing need of top managers in search of new growth points and "fast" system knowledge in cross-cutting industries, we also offer immersion in new trends and directions through our advance and corporate programs.
We invite you to learn more about the new Programs within the framework of the Open Day on March 30, 19.00 – 21.00
