The first year of training consists of five modules.

International Week in London, elective courses in London;

Real business cases, presentations, group and individual work;

Start of the program – October 2022 (recruitment for the program is temporarily suspended);

Assignments, business simulations, final project;

Off-line modules (3-4 days) once every 2 months (including Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday);

6 modules. 5 modules in the first year of study, one module in the second year of study;

Blended. Online component, theory + live webinars and meetings with practitioners. Off-line component modules in Moscow;

Good knowledge of English, at the upper intermediate level. You must provide an IELTS certificate (at least 6.5 points) / TOEFL (at least 80 points), or a diploma of higher education in the field of linguistics (translator, teacher), or about studying abroad, or pass the RANEPA test in English (available on request). For those who want to study in Russian, there is an alternative program "HR Academy of the Future" together with EY;

High level of motivation and readiness for intensive training and independent work;

Work experience: at least 4 years in the position of middle/senior HR manager, experience as a line manager, HR consultant;

The program is conducted on the basis of the Center for International MBA Programs of the RANEPA Institute of Social Sciences under the President of the Russian Federation, training provider Kingston University, London.

The cooperation between Kingston University and the Presidential Academy has been going on for more than 17 years, and this is one of the longest successful history of cooperation between the British and Russian universities.
