The world is accelerating, the program has become shorter. The same amount of knowledge in a comfortable mode for a working HR professional: blender format, online modules +3-4 day modules in Moscow.

The world is becoming more complicated, the focus is on flexibility and adaptability. The new track “HR Professional Development”: personal and professional development in the profession, soft skills (energy and resources, influence, communication, dealing with conflicts, decision-making...), building a personal brand and career. Personal development strategy and plan, coaching sessions, meetings with mentors.

The first year of training consists of five modules.

The second year of study is the International Week in London, elective courses in London. The sixth module, HR analytics and consulting project andProfessional practice.

LMS: Electronic Resources and Library of Kingston University

Real business cases, presentations, group and individual work;

Assignments, business simulations, final project;

Off-line modules (3-4 days) once every 2 months (including Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday);

6 modules. 5 modules in the first year of study, one module in the second year of study;

Blended. Online component, theory + live webinars and meetings with practitioners. Off-line component modules in Moscow;

Assignments, business simulations, final project

High level of motivation and readiness for intensive training and independent work;

Work experience: at least 4 years in the position of middle/senior HR manager, experience as a line manager, HR consultant;

Availability of higher education;

Good knowledge of English, at the upper intermediate level. You must provide an IELTS certificate (at least 6.5 points) / TOEFL (at least 80 points), or a diploma of higher education in the field of linguistics (translator, teacher), or about studying abroad, or pass the RANEPA test in English (available on request). For those who want to study in Russian, there is an alternative program "HR Academy of the Future" together with EY;
